Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa) is an ancient cultivation way for improving mind and body. The practice’s most visible aspects are its five gentle exercises, including meditation. They are highly effective ways to improve health and energy. Falun Gong practitioners also study spiritual teachings, taking them as a guide for daily life. At the core of these teachings are the values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Falun Gong teaches that these are the fundamental qualities of the universe and that by assimilating into them, a person can improve both physical health and wisdom.

Acts 2 Fellowship

Acts 2 Fellowship (A2F) is a Christian group at the University of Minnesota. We meet every week to study the Bible, have fun, and build awesome friendships. Inspired by the early church found in the book of Acts, we’re a group of students and friends seeking to grow in love, experience Jesus, and journey through college and life together. Some might call it a home away from home— but whether you’re a Christian or just someone curious, we invite you to come and check it out yourself! Acts 2 Fellowship is partnering with Area Youth Ministry (AYM) to offer training, mentorship, special events, resources for Christian clubs, sports camps and more. Our desire is to help students thrive and grow in every area of life: school, wellness, and faith. We are a group of friends that have a burden and heart for the next generation. We provide support, prayers and resources to teens, parents and churches to help the youth mature in Christ and to inspire them through Scripture to be agents of God’s love in their schools, families and communities.
